Aeropod Tours provides curated tour packages, travel arrangements, and related booking services for destinations in Sabah and selected locations.

By accessing our website, submitting a booking enquiry, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and parties engaging with Aeropod Tours through our website or direct communication channels.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All tour bookings are subject to availability, operational approval, and confirmation by our team.

A booking is only considered confirmed after we issue a confirmation message or invoice, and where required, receive the requested payment or deposit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, travel dates, contact numbers, and other booking details submitted are correct.

3. Payment Policy

Payment terms may vary depending on the package, supplier requirements, travel date, or group size.

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a reservation.

Quoted prices are generally in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless otherwise stated and may change before confirmation.

Any bank charges, transfer fees, or payment gateway fees imposed by third parties may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation policies differ according to the selected tour package, accommodation provider, transport operator, or activity partner.

Refund amounts, where applicable, depend on the notice period provided and any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.

Amendments to bookings such as date changes, participant changes, or itinerary modifications may be subject to additional charges and availability.

No-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations may not qualify for refunds.

5. Responsibility & Liability

Aeropod Tours coordinates travel-related services and may work with local operators, drivers, guides, hotels, boat providers, and other partners.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure service quality and smooth arrangements, we are not liable for delays, interruptions, accidents, weather events, force majeure situations, or disruptions caused by third-party providers.

Customers participate in tours and activities at their own risk and are expected to follow all safety instructions given by guides, operators, or relevant authorities.

6. Travel Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including valid identification documents, permits, health declarations, or other entry conditions where applicable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, mobility limitations, dietary restrictions, or special requirements before the tour.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for cancellations, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and unexpected travel disruptions.

7. Changes to Itinerary

Aeropod Tours reserves the right to amend itineraries, schedules, routes, or inclusions when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, local conditions, government restrictions, or operational reasons.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide suitable alternatives or updated arrangements.
